'hurt' money is something we may have to ask the JTC for (or the other parties) if negoitiations drag on longer than anticipated to meet our operating expenses. (thats how i understand it, happy to be corrected)

He knows he cannot go to the market for $$$ now, he wont get it...

Tony only stated he has been speaking to Tony Burke the federal minister for water/environment & sustainability and he is very keen to spruik the PLV story (i'd say bc of the unique deal to take the mayala people along the journey and our environmental credentials to date). Tony Burke is planning to visit Irvine island.
