Well the only reason I can see that this now is an issue is the obvious one...and that is that they want to release results on what they have and they need surety that the licenses officially are renewed.,.... it wasnt an issue before because they didnt know what was there.

My only concern is that they may have contravened their license agreement years ago and now that the artea has come good they are back trackinglike mad...and that the MD dint do his job, he left and now they are trying madly to get Namibian government to sign off...

Or that the Namibian Government have been slack in issuing a renewel with a "menyana" attitude.


They have not issued the coy with contravention details and they may have not even offered them the right to rectify it, therefore not even giving the governmen an out..
