What I said was and I quote "I believe....North Perth Basin operations based on zircon and rutile only would not be viable".
What that means is that,in my opinion,an operation based on mining and processing heavy minerals sourced from the North Perth mineral province to end produce and market zircon and rutile only would run at a loss.
Hpoe its now clear.
