i see where your coming from mate but the answers are already known.

From reading past ann and attending company meetings alot of us know that the other 4 parties are still in the running. Its SDL that has put THEM in the background not the other way around.

Keep in mind the 5 current parties have been narrowed down from many others whom SDL turned away for whatever reasons.

Guillio stated at the last meeting, the big boys have just enetered the room. He's trying to extract maximum value, thus he allows these guys to do their due dilligence and tells the others to go away and crunch their numbers some more and come back with a better offer.

SDL is in the box seat, theres no doubt these 5 parties want our product, its just what SDL have to give in return and who SDL would rather work with.

To me, i would say its a fair bet that Sino are the 5th player in the room, They know Guillio, their deal in WA has fallen over and they want ore. What better fit than to re-partner with their old CEO. Ofcourse this is just my opinion and it could be any number of other companies also.

Time will tell but one things for certain, the other 4 haven't walked away. Hanlong certainly are keen, they've already bought in. POSCO ann some time ago it thought it had a deal. China needs ore, SDL has it. We just need start up capital.. at the right price ofcourse ;)

    cheers
    Davo
