The other thing to note here, without meaning to sound at all negative, has it boiled down to only 1 possible JV partner....sdl said that a 5th company is running the ruler accross sdl....if a deal had of been struck with any of the other 4 prior to now then there would be no room for negotiations with a 5th company...

This is an important piece of information, whether there are still 5 companies fighting over sdl....or only 1 left in the talks..
if there is only 1 left in the talks...
Makes a huge difference as to what I do with my money...
