I find like yourself the head and shoulder theory hard to get my head around ,
But I can recognize a bearish triangle had been forming for some time on CND ,as the top trend line is at more of a sharp decline angle than the bottom up trend line ,
Then to break down with a big bearish candle on Friday and open on a low today is telling you that all is not good with CND.
