    SP is getting to an interesting place. Olam plan to spend $55 mil to build a processing plant. There is a company on the market for $110 mil that not only has a processing plant that would fulfill Olam's needs but with a substantial orchard acreage as well.

    Don't know what the legal position might be in dumping your supplier, screwing the SP and then buying your supplier at a knock down price, but an interesting thought.

    Dis: getting really close to my buy back in SP.
