Copper Strike delays June 29 meeting to consider new proposal

Personally, I find playing politics with other companies a little off putting. If you want to buy them, pull out your cheque book and write a few more zeros, but all the meandering about, blocking projects etc is just a waste of resources for both companies and adds little value to both organisations. That's why people are selling.

If Copper strike have found some ill-advised Chinese company to fund a new project, let them go for it. I'm sure the Chinese have done their own due diligence and if it fails Kagara can pick up the company for next to nothing or dump their shares once the project gets the go ahead.
