Welcome back Chihawk, as I understand it LYC needs to satisfy conditions for a pre-operating license to begin production and then to meet all obligations for a three year period before applying for a full operating license. While their PR may have let them down over the past few months I'm confident that the thoroughness of their earlier planning will carry LYC thru this awkward period. Ziggy is certainly not going to risk his reputation with a bunch of cowboys.
BTW, drove past the Ferrari factory at Maranello last week and thought I saw your chassis being loaded on the line. The red baby seats were a bit of a give-away.
