I think for the most part we are just updating the approvals we received in the past. The IAEA is the big deal because it deals with the most sensitive issues-the waste and radioactivity. The rest of these licenses prior to operation should be largely procedural. Then the operating licenses can't really be addressed till production. But I think this approval will be the biggest effect on the stock IMO.
