Those sour faces you let in traffic and think it was their right to be let in. The person in a shopping crowd who would rather shoulder you than move aside. The shopper who is 'hogging' a product and ignores the other shopper trying to look at it. The trolley than nudges you and ignores a polite, "oops". You know the sort.
