I still reckon if the IAEA says we need a bit of improvements it will still give a push to the SP. Just need a few things to fix up.
I don't see a reason the SP will drop, It's not like they said NO. They still gave a approval to run it.
If they gave it the go ahead with a bit of adjustments/delayed, people should be accumulating and loading up waiting for the SP to take off when the LAMP is ready to run as it's been given the approval already.
