Once the IAEA report is handed to the Gov,their first obligation is to advise LYC...as it is a Price Sensitive issue.
That in itself raises an interesting situation..many Gov. officials will have Insider knowledge before LYC issues a Trading halt.
Once the Trading Halt is in place..the information will then go public.
Thats what will keep us on our toes in July....the unknown time factor before LYC is advised.
