The market failure opportunity ATM is the inability of investors to distinguish between companies with cash, companies with access to cash (albeit dilutive), those with a near term cash flows emerging and those with NO CASH ... ie. nothing upon which to move future plans forward.

ATM I'm pretty comfortable with likely AU price directions under a number of economic scenarios.
