I wonder if it isn't WNI's mates selling up? They were probably using the same technique that got them the 55% to get the remaining 35% but now that a tie up with FRS looks unlikely, WNI's game plan is now hopelessly irrelevant.
If it is WNI's associates selling up - good riddance. We could be in for a big price drop but it's for the longer term good. Seems too coincidental that the large sell orders surfaced on the day FRS gave WNI the big 1 finger salute.
