Perhaps they are delaying putting a price on the SP plan as they know the results from Spanish Galleon and other Deflector which are due soon will skyrocket the share price thus letting them put a higher placement price on the shares and thus the $150000 that they will fork out extra will be miniscule to what they will get from prceeds of placement???The extra 6 weeks gives them time to put a rocket under the SP with results released.Conspirecy only of course
