Nice to see latest Top 20 shareholders list has "old" Top 20 increasing total holdings to 28.39%. Most of those are very old holders and "loyal," so at least that should prevent a "hostile" TO from getting enough to compulsorily acquire with first offer.
So, IF there is a hostile TO offer, that should "protect" SH from a really cheap wipe out and it could also bring other players into the game to at least make it competitive.
I still don't see that in the immediate future, but, I bet that management are looking over their shoulders.
