ASIC - What a joke. Took them now over 3.5y. to investigate, that CNP did not disclose debt properly.
They could have done this in dez. 2009 !!!!!!!!! if they had very clear regulations.
In the years, how many private holders/traders declared losses in CNP from holding/trading in tax returns ?
But CNP was mostly every day allowed to free to trade going on, that the institutional holders still make trading profit, even only shorting down, averaging down their holdings.
Thats justice on the ASX from the watchdog "ASIC"
