I suspect that LYC interest in NTU is based on a closer relationship than a pure financial interest. Sell the concentrate/blend to .... As LYC gets moving the needs for a plant becomes redundant.It will be as if the two companies meld.LYC will prob takeover NTU later . That will of course mean you'll need an interest in LYC to maximize the return from NTU. I also suspect there are not many NTU holders who dont hold LYC. But I am suspicious by nature.
