BBB，I still think 3.6C is the bottom. From TA view, it takes time to reverse such a long trend and from fundamental view, the SP needs to wait for lots of clarification from management to go up. The cash balance is the key and fundamentally CCC will be at much much better condition if they can get 30mil in next couple of month. Let's just wait and see.
