    Lory,

    Very true statement, i concur very unlikely and PB would have to sell down to 20% for this to occur.
    LNC will continue to trade without a takeover premium simply for this reason.
    Nice announcement by the SA Govt today...Wonder if PB will truck the Chinchilla plant to SA? D:
