diamondjoe for a person that has claimed to have some experience dealing with TO's you should know that due to the legislation the company can not make any contact with the TO's once the TO's said no to the land, The to's will need to make the first move.
in regards to the sea why would the company want talk to the To's anyway when they have a loose cannon running around the eylandt
