About your point 2. That sounds like a very highly speculative future possibility, whereas you seemed to be suggesting some good imminent news. Have to be honest, with all respect, the two don't really tally.
Wouldn't FDA approval of a drug having incomplete trials be highly unlikely ?. I'd love it to be true so don't get me wrong.
You must have been suggesting something much much more near term and certain, surely. No?
