No one in their right mind can believe a delay in selling anything destroys any viable enterprise.

Lets say Julia ban all real estate sales in Victoria and Canberra for 6 months. How long before Property agents, builders, tradesmen and etc. go to the wall?

As I was telling Scitty, here in Cairns several big Developers have gone broke from down turn here, and that was with out a blanket Ban on property sales dropped on them.

BTW. I am a retired tradesman, no millionaire builder or cattle producer.


Get Real and stop joking or get educated in how the real world works, and show some compassion to people as well as animals.
