Re sop's duchess selling, this is very difficult to see as none of the sops other than Cupols has been a major, so they haven't had to declare to the asx. Imo (not real sops)

It was also part of the duchess conditions that they will never own/hold more than ?% of MDV. from memory i think it was 19% but dont hold me to that.

This is also a reason why they would not hold for to long.

In hindsight we should have taken a bigger slice when the SP was 1 cent.
