Sideswinger they said they would have secured a JV by the end of Q2.

Dont wanna be negative but they seem to sugarcoat everything when their not delivering.
My sentiment says sell because their are to many bridges to cross still and a lot of uncertainty even when JV is announced they still have to make THEN the decision to actually kick the project off.
