No, there is no reason anyone would participate in a CR at a premium to the market price. But maybe that's the intention behind this CR. Push the price to be about or a bit below the CR price so no one would take their entitlements. so the underwriters get to scoop them all up. It is at a ridiculous discount if you ask those of us who bought $1+. But right now it "looks" like the it is at a premium to market price.
