all the downramping crap on here, do some research and grow a brain people
This is the position in a nutshell
1.Feasibility studies due this week
2. Expectation BFS will demonstrate viability of each project subject to OPR reaching agreement on SCAs
3.To date no agreements on tariffs and other commercial terms of the SCAs remains a significant hurdle
4.Murchison notes that Sinosteel MC has confirmed to OPR that it remains willing to engage in ongoing discussions in relation to the SCAs.
5.SMC is seeking a revised tariff structure/model and further certainty on scheduling, including delivery date
6.Agreement on the SCAs remains vital and MMX is committed to finding a acceptable solution
7.Murchison acknowledges that funding its proportionate share (25%) remains challenging. Murchison began advance discussions with parties interested in investing in OPR, including Chinese-related interests.
