It comes down to are you buying the company or are you buying for NASDAQ - if its the later there's other opportunites.
Hopefully management's delay in listing is weeding out some of these people entering simply on "expectations" of a spike on listing.
As long as Prima is pushng forward with C-Vac succesfully & now with a healthy cash position that should really be your only concern.
