Anyway, things are serious........I cannot see Director's not getting what they want with this consolidation. Most shareholders will not bother to vote as is the case in these situations.

I find it hard to believe that Director's are unaware of what happens to a stock price after a consolidation.

Director's are going to inflict upon their shareholders a significantly lower valued diluted stock price post consolidation if they cannot hold it at .002c

Are Director's trying to wipe out the old guard and bring in a new group of investor's after the consolidation. This is a possibility.

Is this new bloke Evans behind this madness ? His total silence after his appointment is concerning ! !

Have Director's got some plan to sustain the stock price at .002c. Of course they haven't ?

I am amazed there's about 50 mill to buy at .002c. If the sp miraculously holds up at .002c for a month giving us a consolidated price of .04c how in the world is the sp not going to break down from there ?

The only thing that will cause Intermoco's sp to go up post GFC is an impressive profit history. Sadly we are a bit of a way off that !

Would love kiril to respond to this consolidation. He cannot have his cake and eat it too. He had a red hot go at melua for posting as he puts it half truths, innuendo and rubbish.

As you say kiril, by the standards you live by... if I am posting half truths,innuendo or rubbish you will/ should be responding to the planned consolidation.

And davidob, before you bounce me back and forth from the 4 corners of the ring, gees..... I'm still sore from last time, let's see if he will respond.

I laid in bed for hours last night staring at the ceiling. Any other long term holders do that ?
