With the carbon tax being forced down the throat at the onset of a deep recession (I think it has already begun), the outcome is assured.
That's why the defacto PM: Mr Brown was so angry yesterday. He wanted to block Tony Abott's rolling back of the Carbon tax even if he has a mandate (as force anotehr election : double dissolution).
