Hope your right Danhold but an OFFER means diddily squat! You could offer the moon but untill I see some cheese in the hand I've got ziltch. Can't eat 'OFFERS'. Alot can happen from OFFER to the ink drying.... especially when govts are in the mix. Hope it's early rather than late July or as you say.....look out below.
