So many questions

The answer to the question about the board is yes

The TOs do not have power of Vito over the sea but do on the islands which they have already used putting those applications into limbo for 5 years

They need the TOs essentially to be on board so that hey will be able to utilise the land for the reject - accommodation etc - wether the TOs can veto this I am unsure - then hopefully this may lead to a revision of the land veto

The TOs have a culture that is hard for us to understand and across Australia this culture card has been played in order to win some significant deals which in reality has served to demean its importance as "sacred sites" and or Creatures seem to pop up where it most suited their arguments - I am not saying the TOs have done this but the very issue of song lines where mapping seems difficult or can only take place after the resource is found is an example of the difficulties GOT face - the money side is not the compelling argument for the TOs as they are already well looked after by GEMCO and our government - it may come down to mutual respect in the end
