i'd say that the directors are seriously considering the implications this stop lynas movement, in terms of how long it may be ongoing.
i'm not picking sides, but imo, is is not a good thing if a leader of the local community is spearheading an opposition campaign which has potential to gather support.
this is something that lynas could well do without.
