IAEA.So guys whats the story with the waste.
LYC.Well we can utilise 75% of it and thats work in progress with ACME Gypsum co (For roadrunner fans).

We,re half way through our report pending more certain commercial results.
IAEA.OK well we need a report..so we will officially stipulate that as a requirement.

IAEA.BTW,you have to be nicer to these people,communicate more,invite Fuziah over for a cuppa,if you want to fit in..you need to fit in..we,ll put that in our report as well..that you improve relationships.
LYC.Yeah we deserve that,we coulda done better,OK but does it have to be Fuziah..would rather Julia 1979.
LYC.What,d ya think of the Plant.
IAEA.Yep,looked at all the Compliance/regulation issues,no probs..we,ll put that in the Report,actually your cooperating really well ,will put that in the report as well.
IAEA.We,ve raised the bar re Decommissioning,experience has shown us companies at that stage have no money,so now we ask for a Fund to be set up..UP Front.
LYC.Yeah we knew that,already set up a contingency fund for the waste..money already held in Trust by Gov.
Any other Funds that need setting up..let us know..we,ve got a shitload of money.
IAEA.Excellent,actually we,ll raise that officially as a requirement so the locals dont think what you set up was a bribe.
Also sets the requirement for all the new mines.
LYC.It sounds like thats (bribe)been bought up..shuts that thought down.Another cost to emerging companies,they,ll be impressed,chuckus another beer nick.
IAEA.Righto,so we,ve touched over what needs to be done,and its not that we dont trust you Convicts..I mean Aussies,but we will make sure what you promise to do you will do.
Reckon you can get these things done by Sept.???
