anyway, I'm still very wary of all the feel-good anns on the OPL/NEO venture. And I'm puzzled by NEO's cap raising from the retail end of the market. If NEO reckons it's got such great potential results, why not wait until results are released, let the sp shoot up to 10c (joke in there somewhere), then organise a placement at a higher price and to 'sophisticated losers'?

just one of many puzzles in this tale.....
