LYC news was out at 3pm. No doubt there were heaps of people knew about the news earlier. NTU(10%), ARU(7%), ALK(4%), PEK (9%) they all went up.
if the news was interpreted bad, it would have had negative implications among REE miners but it didn't.
Relax and enjoy SP up tomorrow or Monday.
