Hi Nortiba Sneerch,
I took a position in ARG recently, at time of purchase it was trading at a greater discount to NTA then AFI/MLT, it has similar portfolio construction to AFI and i had abit more weighting in MLT then i would like.
For pre-tax NTA on AFI to drop to $4.23, the all ords would have to be around 4175... i personally think that offers good value.
Rleepin, at those prices i personally consider AFI cheap cost to get exposure to Aus share market if thats what u want
