I can't accept that proposition. Lynas always had a responsible attitude and intention to carry out these functions. This is borne out by the findings. There is no recommendation for anything but a WRITTEN plan to describe the way the waste will be handled. Lynas has a very professional attitude to the mining and processing of rare earths. They are not a "cowboy" outfit in any way. They are now having their hands tied with red tape. They are dealing with politicians, not miners and have to toe a line of action that keeps the government happy and gives the opposition little chance to score points.

I have enough confidence to back my thoughts by putting in a buy order today for another 30,000 LYC. Definitely no thought of selling any.
