In Australia, waste management and environmental rehabilitation are always pre-requisites for the granting of a mining lease. Provisions for rehabilitation, redemption and plant/mine closures are always made and part of total production costs. The report has to tell LYC what every responsible miner should have done. Is a slap on the face, IMO.
