From memory as an ex C note holder the facevalue of the notes was 65cents ie if Becton at the time had decided to buy the note holders out it would have paid 65 cents, however the 65 cents became obsolete when becton renegotiated with the note holders (sometihing i didnt like) and decided with a small payout plus a swap of 1 note for 25.4 shares

Strange no managment buying shares at the moment if its such a good deal
