I hope Labor does not do that. It should put Greens AHEAD of Liberal candidates. For a long time, it has been Labor strategy to put Liberal second in its preference allocation, but this has not been reciprocated by the Liberals who always put them last, even ahead of candidates from fringe groups. This has had the effect of helping Liberal senate candidates to win the last senate position. It is a stupid strategy.
