I seem to recall that the cap raise was a good idea at the time as it put the ball back in the court of TIS. If I recollect a number of posters felt that a gun was being held at the head of TIS by some that it was dealing with in relation to a commecialisation plan and then TIS went for the CR. Good move from memory.
Now the ball is back in the court of TIS and they can hopefully negotiate a better deal for us holders of TIS.
I still believe that the company will come up with the goods and for the benefit of shareholders, all IMO of course.
Time will tell but I also consider that we are close to seeing a commercialisation plan forthcoming.
Good luck to all long term holders.
