I dont know too much about ICN so I really cant comment on the relative attractiveness but I doubt as others have pointed out that BpT need 320 million odd for exploration and development ( on top of the 600 million in revenue )
I think there is at least one acquisitioknob the cards and at present even with @ 40 premium that would acquire DLS reserves for about 13-14 dollars per barrel plus shale plus plus
Being a holder of both I would like to see BPT make an acquisition that adds to reserves and their traditional business as well as their transformational efforts
