one third dilution for a lousy $540k These guys are offering up 180 million options to raise $540k and in the process they're diluting the existing shareholders by one third. Then they go and payout $200k of it on a NON refundable deposit for a tenement in Peru?
If this tenement is so good, why didn't the surrounding owners snap it up, give up? The answer is, because it's not worth it!
