    discodaddy/others: "If anything 'material' occurs their continual disclosure obligations will require them to announce it." But OPHIR being the operator here and a private company, I wonder (and am not sure of!) IF Ophir is under any obligation to report any "material" things happening during the drilling to the partners?? Could somebody clarify this to me. Thanks in advance!
