shares on issue

I have been looking at taking a position in EMS, but am unsure of the amount of fully diluted shares.

1 June 2011 Appendix 3B shows 594m ordinary shares, 2 different types of listed options that have expired, an estimated 98m in new options and convertible notes totalling 0.7m.

I cannot find the terms of the convertible notes. Some assistance with this would be much appreciated.
