IMO a high degree of caution needs to be exercised right now, particluarly in entering new long positions in the resources sector.
The 5 articles written this week by A Gary Shilling on Bloomberg are obviously very relevant and make a great deal of sense IMO.
As they say; we're not out of the woods yet. LOL
