Hang on, wasn't it Bob Hawke trying to bring logic to the nuclear debate a year or so back .....top old fart if you ask me !
I cant help but wonder if the carbon tax is to be the persuader to help the people reconsider that very idea ..... what greenhouse saving would be achieved by not burning any more brown coal, replaced by nuclear generation ?
And/or is the carbon tax to be the mining tax by another name/guise ?
