By the way I agree with you in regard to the GM. I would be loathe to allow the 15% to be reset. Would rather that they consolidate what they've got, get somes runs on the board (read cashflow) and then come to existing shareholders with a proposition rather than just placements to brokers and SI's. Afterall we all want to share the upside. I think the 15% resets after 12 months anyway, so they'll get that option back soon enough and in the meantime if a project comes there way thats "to good to refuse" then I'm sure they could issue a prospectus quickly otherwise it smacks of unplanned knee jerk to someone spruiking a deal. Rather than capital spent on new projects would rather see capital on developing existing projects, which therefore should be able to plan for (based on drill success).
